Payment Guidelines
- 1️⃣ 30% as an Advance
- 2️⃣ 30% before 1 Month of the Trip
- 3️⃣ 20% on the First Day of the Trip
- 4️⃣ Remaining 20% on Day 4 of the trip or 3 Days Before Completion of the trip (whichever is earlier)
Insurance Policy
🔹 The package does not include any insurance coverage.
Food Policy
- 🍴 Food availability depends on regional cuisines and restaurant menus
- 🍗 Separation of veg and non-veg kitchens may not be possible
- 🥗 Lunch is not included in the program
Hotel Policy
- 🏨 Specified hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking
- 🏩 If unavailable, similar hotels will be arranged
- ⏰ Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may incur extra charges
- 🆔 Proper Government ID proof is mandatory for check-in
- 🚪 All rooms are basic category unless specified otherwise
- ❄️ AC in hilly regions is not available or requires extra charges
- 🔥 Heaters in hilly regions are subject to extra charges (if available)
- 🔼 Rooms may be allocated on any floor depending on availability
- ⏳ Lift facilities may not be available in some hotels

- 🚗 Below 4 pax: Sedan/Hatchback cars
- 🚙 Above 4 pax: SUV or MUV cars
- 💲 SUV for below 4 pax: Extra charge
- 🚌 Above 8 pax: Tempo traveler or mini-bus
- ❄️ AC will not work on hills
Cancellation Policy
- 🗓️ 118+ days: No cancellation fee
- 🗓️ 99+ days: 15% cancellation fee
- 🗓️ 50+ days: 33% cancellation fee
- 🗓️ 25+ days: 50% cancellation fee
- 🗓️ 13+ days: 75% cancellation fee
- 🗓️ 7 days or less: 100% cancellation fee
